We welcome dogs, cats, and service animals. All animals must be housebroken; no breeding allowed. Certain dog breeds (or mixes ≥50%) such as German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow breeds, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario, and Canary dogs are prohibited. A one‑time non‑refundable pet fee of $350 is due at move‑in, and monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. No weight restrictions.
